Hydroponics Meets Precision

Our greens are grown using a hydroponic method called the Deep Flow Technique (DFT)
which floats the roots of each plant in nutrient-rich water, continuously monitored and optimized for health and taste.

Thanks to LED lighting and climate control systems, every leaf grows under ideal conditions
without any soil, bugs, or contamination.

The result? Greens that are consistent, clean, and incredibly fresh — all year round.

What We Plan to Grow

We're currently building the future of sustainable farming and we're getting ready to grow a curated selection of leafy greens known for their taste, texture, and freshness. Our planned crops include:

• Lollo Rossa – Beautifully red and curly lettuce, full of flavor.
• Lollo Bionda – Bright green and crisp lettuce, ideal for salads.
• Italian Basil – Fragrant and fresh, a kitchen essential.
• Little Gem – Sweet, crunchy, and compact romaine variety.
• Rocolla (Arugula) – Bold, peppery, and nutrient-rich.

These greens will soon be grown in our high-tech, pesticide-free, hydroponic system — where freshness meets innovation.
